Steven Allan

Founder & CEO

Steven’s interest in IT led him to co-found Linten Technologies with a University friend in 1999. He is proud to have watch Linten grow into a Cloud Technology and Modern Workplace specialist IT provider. He also sits on the board of trustees for Outdoor Lads, a national charity which he also helped to create through his love of trekking.

Daniel Burford

Technical Director

Daniel has always had a passion for computers from an early age, often fixing (and breaking) them at school. From college started as an apprentice, then working his way up the ranks he developed the company from a small typewriter-based business to providing IT and Cloud Support. After surviving the millennium bug, he joined Linten and over the years he helped develop it into the great organisation it is now.

Michael Regan

Account Manager

Michael has worked in IT Support for over 20 years and Telecommunications for 2 years. His extensive experience of technology means he provides a first-class experience for our customers as their dedicated Accounts Manager. When not working, he is playing the guitar or keeping up with his fitness regime.

James French

Helpdesk Manager

James has been with the Linten team since 2017, during this time he’s completed his Level 4 apprenticeship in network engineering and been awarded his BCS Level 4 Certificate in Network Security, BCS Level 4 Certificate in Network Systems and Architecture, and CompTIA Network+ Certificate. Outside of the office, he likes to spend his time climbing, boxing, racing, and tinkering with his cars.

Alex White

Helpdesk Support Technician

Alex joined us as an apprentice and has progressed his skills over this time that he has been with us. In 2019 he completed his apprenticeship and joined us as a fully-fledged member of the Linten family. He enjoys spending time with his family and his dog in the evening and weekends.

Kelvin Walker

Helpdesk Technician

Kelvin was worked in IT for most of his career, with time out to foray into other fields including teaching, trading, caring, and mad science. He has settled back into technical support as the place where he can combine a technical bent with a desire to help people best.

Jamie Garrett

Sales and Marketing Assistant

Jamie joined the company in Summer 2021 with a year of sales and marketing experience under his belt having previously worked at a local radio station in the Isle of Man. Jamie graduated from The University of Manchester in 2020 and been hooked on the city life ever since. Jamie is a keen sportsperson with a competitive edge and enjoys playing Golf, Football, running marathons, or keeping fit at the gym.

Scott Adshead

Helpdesk Support Technician

Scott joined the company in Summer 2021 after relocating back to Manchester from the Isle of Man, he has worked in IT for 5+ years and enjoys problem-solving and getting to know customers. Outside of work he is also a certified Personal trainer and spends most of his time in the gym.

Jake Trendall

Helpdesk Support Technician

Jake started his career in 2016 with an apprenticeship in IT and Telecommunications. He’s since worked in several IT support roles, before becoming part of the Linten team in 2021. Throughout his career, he’s developed a passion for providing excellent customer service and has always genuinely enjoyed helping people. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing musical instruments and going to gigs.
